Read Naturally Software Support Plans

Read Naturally's software support subscriptions are available on a per-school basis and cover all Read Naturally software on site except for Read Live (support for Read Live is included in the cost of Read Live subscriptions).

Choosing the Appropriate Level of Software Support

To ensure that you get the software support you need, we offer two support plans:

Basic This plan is designed for customers who do not need an immediate response. It relies on the web and e-mail for submission of service requests. The software support specialist assigned to the request will respond to the customer during normal business hours to resolve problems.
Highlights: Software updates via website, access to online knowledge base, frequently asked questions, manuals, and documentation.
Deluxe The Deluxe plan offers faster response times over the Basic plan.
Highlights: All Basic support services, plus phone access to Read Naturally software support specialists.

Customer Focus

All customers receive Basic support at no charge. To assure proper implementation of Read Naturally software products, all customers also receive free deluxe support for one year from their initial purchase of Read Naturally software for their schools.
