How can I place an order?

You can order our products in any of the following ways:

How can I pay for my order?

By credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), purchase order, or check.

How long does it take to receive the materials?

If you are within the continental U.S., you should generally receive your materials within 10 business days of when we receive your order. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and outside the U.S. will take longer. For faster delivery, contact the Read Naturally office for rush shipping options and costs.

How much is shipping and handling?

International Orders Contact Read Naturally. We typically ship international orders via the U.S. Postal Service. Extra charges may be due upon delivery.

SHIPPING FOR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

  • Read Live: There is no shipping & handling charge for Read Live orders.
  • Read Naturally Software Edition: The shipping & handling charge for Read Naturally SE products is 10% up to a maximum of $100.00 per order.

How are the materials shipped?

Materials are normally shipped by UPS Ground within the continental U.S. If you need your materials sooner, we can ship your order by UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge. Note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so the shipping address must be a street address. Contact us to arrange shipping to destinations outside the U.S.

Can I return or exchange an ME or Encore level?

Yes. A $25 restocking fee would apply. Ship the level back to our office, and be sure to specify your invoice number so we know who to credit. The address for our office is Read Naturally, 1284 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 600, Saint Paul, MN 55121

Can I return or exchange an SE level?

Yes, as long as the package of software CDs has not been opened. Once the plastic bag has been opened, we cannot accept returns of software. For this reason, if you are unsure of whether the Read Naturally software is right for your situation, we recommend that you request a free 45-day trial before purchasing the software.

Product Warranty and Return Policies

Defective or Damaged Audio CDs or Cassettes

Read Naturally's policy for replacing cassettes and audio CDs differs depending on whether the original audio CD or cassette you received from Read Naturally is defective or whether you or a student damaged the audio CD or cassette and would like a replacement.

Defective Audio CDs/Cassettes If an audio CD or cassette is defective when you receive it, you can return it to Read Naturally for a replacement. Mail the defective audio CD or cassette with a return address and description of the problem to: Read Naturally, 1284 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 600, Saint Paul, MN 55121
Damaged Audio CDs/Cassettes If you or a student lost or damaged an audio CD or cassette, and you would like a replacement from Read Naturally, send a check or a purchase order number to Read Naturally or order it online. Be sure to specify both the level and the story numbers for each audio CD or cassette.

Cassette or Audio CD Albums

The audio CD and cassette albums are guaranteed for one year. If they are defective within the first year of use, contact Read Naturally and we will send you a replacement. If an audio CD or cassette album is worn out after one year's use, you can purchase a new one (with or without labels) from Read Naturally.

Timers

If you receive a timer that is defective, return it to Read Naturally within one year of purchase, and we will send a replacement.

Califone Products

The Califone #3132AV cassette player/recorder, #3112AV cassette player, #2924AV mono headphones, and #2924AVPS stereo headphones have one-year warranties. If you have a problem with your Califone cassette players, headphones, or personal CD players, call Califone at 1-800-722-0500. You should have the model and serial number ready when you call.

Software

You may return software CDs to Read Naturally only if the package of software CDs is unopened. Read Naturally does not accept returns of software if the seal on the CD package is broken.
