How can I place an order?

You can order our products in any of the following ways:

  • By Fax: Fax a purchase order or order form to 651.452.9204.

  • From Our Website: Navigate to the product page for the item you would like to order and click on the Order tab.

How can I pay for my order?

By payment card (procurement, debit, or credit; Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express accepted), check, or wire transfer. Contact us for wire transfer specifications.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within one-two business days of receipt. Subscriptions are updated at the time of order processing, and orders that require shipping are fulfilled the day after the order is processed. From the time of shipment, most orders will be delivered within a week. Shipments outside the U.S. will take longer. For faster delivery, contact customer service for expedited shipping options and costs.

How much is shipping and handling?

The following table summarizes the shipping costs for most products:

International Orders Contact Read Naturally. We typically ship international orders via the Postal Service. Extra charges may be due upon delivery.

*Please note: there is no shipping & handling charge for Read Live orders.

How are the materials shipped?

Materials are typically shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, and typically leave our facility in Minnesota one day after the order is processed. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional cost. Contact us to arrange for expedited shipping and shipping to destinations outside the U.S.

Can I return or exchange physical materials?

Product Warranty and Return Policies

Defective or Damaged Audio CDs

Read Naturally's policy for replacing audio CDs differs depending on whether the original audio CD you received from Read Naturally is defective or whether you or a student damaged the audio CD and would like a replacement.

Defective Audio CDs If an audio CD is defective when you receive it, you can return it to Read Naturally for a free replacement. Mail the defective audio CD with a return address and description of the problem to: Read Naturally, 1284 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 600, Saint Paul, MN 55121
Damaged Audio CDs If you or a student lost or damaged an audio CD, and you would like a replacement from Read Naturally, send a check or a purchase order to Read Naturally or order it online. Be sure to specify both the level and the story numbers for each audio CD.


If you receive a timer that is defective, return it to Read Naturally within one year of purchase and we will send a free replacement.

Califone Products

Califone products distributed by Read Naturally have one-year warranties. If you have a problem with your Califone products, call Califone at 1-800-722-0500. Please have the model and serial number ready when you call.
