Ordering & Shipping Questions


1. How can I place an order?

Common ordering and shipping questions are answered below.

Order using a Purchase Order or Order Form
Send us a copy of your PO or order form by email (customerservice@readnaturally.com), by fax (651.452.9204), or by mail (1284 Corporate Center Dr., Suite 600, St. Paul, MN 55121)

Order Online
To place an order through our website, navigate to the product page for the item you would like to order and click on the Order tab. Enter the quantity you would like to order and click Add to Cart. Then view your shopping cart to complete the order. You can check out as a guest for a quicker checkout experience, or you can create an account in order to save your order details and review your order in the future.

Order by Phone
Credit card payment is required for all phone orders. Call customer service at 800.788.4085 to place your order.

2. How much is shipping and handling?

The following table summarizes the shipping costs for most products:

Other International

Contact Read Naturally. We typically ship international orders via the U.S. Postal Service. Extra charges such as taxes and duties may be due upon delivery.

Please Note: There is no shipping & handling charge for Read Live subscription orders.

3. Do you charge tax?

Read Naturally charges sales and use tax only within certain U.S. States. These states currently include Arizona, California, Minnesota, and Washington. The tax rate is based on the types of items purchased and the specific address associated with your order and the rate may include state, county, and other local taxes. If your organization is exempt from sales and use tax, you may provide a certificate of exemption and we will remove sales tax from your invoice. For orders outside of these states, we do not currently collect sales tax.

4. How are the materials shipped?

Standard orders typically ship via UPS Ground, though smaller shipments may be shipped using USPS Mail. We can expedite your shipment for an additional charge; please see the table above for options. Note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so most shipments require a physical street address. Contact us at 1.800.788.4085 or customerservice@readnaturally.com to arrange shipping to destinations outside the U.S.

5. How long does it take to receive the materials?

If you are within the United States, you should generally receive your materials within 10 business days of when we receive your order. Shipments to destinations outside the U.S. may take longer. We can expedite your shipment for an additional charge; please see the table above for options.

6. How can I pay for my order?

Read Naturally accepts payment by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). We can also accept payment via direct deposit or ACH upon request; please contact us at 1.800.788.4085 or customerservice@readnaturally.com if you would like to pay using this method.

7. Can I return or exchange Read Naturally materials?

We will accept returns and exchanges within one year of purchase provided that the materials are not used, damaged, or labeled in any way. A $25 restocking fee may apply. Please contact our customer service team at 1.800.788.4085 to discuss the situation prior to shipping items back to us. If you’re unsure whether an item will be right for you prior to ordering, give us a call to discuss. We have samples and free trials available for many of our programs.
