Read Naturally Live: Text box disappears when trying to type a prediction, quiz-question answer, or retell

Problem:

When a student attempts to type a prediction, answer to an open-ended quiz question, and/or retell in Read Naturally Live, the text box disappears and a green circular arrow appears. If you click on the green circular arrow, a new text box appears, but when you type in it and then click the Read Live symbol on the upper-left, the text does not appear in Read Live.

Cause:

The Grammarly extension is added to your web browser. That extension currently does not work with Read Live.

Solution:

You need to disable Grammarly for Read Live by performing these steps:

1. Place your mouse over the green circular arrow, and then move it to the left and click on the faded power icon. The message “Disable Grammarly on readlive.readnaturally.com?” displays.
2. Click Disable Forever. This will allow Read Live to function correctly, but you will still be able to use Grammarly for other web sites and applications.
