Read Live v1.6: Release notes

Read Live version 1.6 includes the following changes:

• We’ve given staff members and students the option of accessing Read Live with increased security. When entering your account’s web address, you can type https:// instead of http:// for a more secure server connection.
• We’ve improved performance.
• We’ve added some small usability updates to the Teacher module, including the ability to filter by User ID on the Students tab Summary page (a customer request).
• In the previous release, we were not able to accurately report on the amount of time students spent working on each story.  For stories started in version 1.6, we will be able to report the time spent.
• We’ve updated the Students-at-a-Glance report to list Total Practices.
• We’ve replaced the phonics 2.3a story “A Champion Cyclist” with a new story, “Battle of the Bicyclists.”
• We’ve fixed miscellaneous problems discovered since the previous releases.

Read Naturally Live iPad Changes

IMPORTANT:  If you are using the Read Naturally Live iPad app, you must upgrade to the latest version to use the app in the 2014–2015 school year.

• We’ve implemented a teacher menu that enables teachers to set story options, change series/level/goal, and reset stories while the student is logged in.
• We’ve provided a Fluency graph and a Comprehension graph on the Pass/Review Work page. 
• We’ve added the ability to check system requirements from the login page.
• We’ve fixed miscellaneous problems discovered since the previous releases.
