RFBA: Viewing the words a student missed during an assessment

As you conduct an assessment using the RFBA software, you can click the words the student missed to have those words subtracted from the student's assessment score. Knowing which words the student missed can be useful for both the teacher and the student. A list of the missed words is included in the Oral Reading Details Report for a student.

To view an RFBA report listing the student's missed words:
  1. Create a Teacher Summary Report (click Reports, select one or more students, and then click Create Reports).
  2. Click one of the report icons in the Oral Reading Fluency section of the Teacher Summary Report. The Oral Reading Results Report for a Grade displays.
  3. Click the name of a student in the Student Fluency Scores table in the first section of the report. The Oral Reading Details Report for a Student displays.
  4. The words the student missed are listed in the Diagnostic Summary section of the report.
