Read Naturally now offers software support subscriptions. These subscriptions are per school and cover all Read Naturally software on site.

Choosing the Appropriate Level of Software Support

When choosing the level of software support you want, ask yourself what role Read Naturally plays in your school: for example, email response for issues is fine for many schools but may be unacceptable for others. To ensure that you get the software support you need, we offer two support plans:

Basic This plan is designed for customers who do not need immediate response and uses the web and email for submission of service requests. The software support specialist assigned to the request will contact the customer during normal business hours to resolve problems.
Highlights: Software updates via website, access to online knowledge base, frequently asked questions, manuals, and documentation.
Deluxe The Deluxe plan offers faster response times over the Basic plan.
Highlights: All Basic support services, plus phone access to Read Naturally software support specialists.
   

Customer Focus

There is currently no charge for Basic support. To assure proper implementation of Read Naturally software products, schools also receive one year of Deluxe support at no cost upon the schools’ initial purchase of Read Naturally software. (Customers who initially purchased SE v2 or Read Naturally Benchmark Assessor prior to Aug. 30, 2005, are entitled to free Deluxe support through Aug. 30, 2006.)

**Updates are minor revisions to the software. Updates are different from upgrades, which are major revisions to the software. Upgrades are not included with a software subscription.
