Discontinued Support for RFM
There will be no further fixes nor enhancements to Reading Fluency Monitor (RFM). In an effort to provide our customers with reliable high-quality products and service, Read Naturally no longer sells and has discontinued support for this older fluency assessment product. We continue to actively develop ongoing improvements to our current fluency assessment products, including Benchmark Assessor Live (a component of Read Live) and Reading Fluency Benchmark Assessor (RFBA).
Phone and email support has been discontinued for Reading Fluency Monitor. Web support is the only support currently available for RFM. This includes the RFM v1.2 update, frequently asked questions (FAQs), RFM Software Guide, and RFM Technical Information, all of which is available from the RFM support page.
End-of-Availability for RFM
Reading Fluency Monitor is no longer available for purchase. This includes stand-alone licenses, stand-alone site licenses, and network site licenses.
Upgrading to Reading Fluency Benchmark Assessor or Benchmark Assessor Live (a Component of Read Live)
The best option for RFM customers is to upgrade to RFBA or to Read Live, which includes a benchmark assessment component.
Reading Fluency Benchmark Assessor is an enhanced version of Reading Fluency Monitor. Its improved software includes an easier way to capture students' assessment results with the computer and more extensive reports for analyzing the results.
About RFBA
Read Live is a comprehensive set of research-based programs that includes Benchmark Assessor Live for screening students for overall reading proficiency and Read Naturally Live, a motivating instructional program that supports fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and phonics. Because Read Live is a web application, it can be run from anywhere you have an internet connection.
