Words not playing in Cold Timing and Practice steps
Client Operating System: Mac OS or Windows

Symptoms:
In the Cold Timing and Practice steps, the words are not read when the student clicks on them.
Solution:
This problem occurs when the words folder is empty. The words folder should contain over 9400 audio (MP3) files for the words.
The easiest way to fix this is to copy the missing audio files from the server to the client workstation. See the following table for details.
