How to promote students to another grade level in SE Network Plus
You can move students to another grade level either individually or as a group.
To promote students to another grade level as a group:
- Log in with a teacher or administrator password.
- Choose the Students tab.
- Select the students you want to promote.
- To select multiple students that are listed together, click the first student, hold down the Shift key, and then click the last student.
- To select multiple students that are not listed together, hold down the Control key (Windows) or Command key (Macintosh), and then click the student names.
- Click Reassign.
- Specify the teacher, class, and grade to which you want to reassign the selected students. You can change all three (teacher, class, and grade) or leave one or more of them the same.
- Click Save.
- Check the Students tab to make sure the changes have been applied correctly.
