"Program may not have installed correctly" message after updating to v2.1.3 or v2.1.4

Operating System: Windows Vista

SE Versions: SE v2.1.3, v2.1.4 (Network Plus and Stand-Alone)

Symptoms:
After you apply the SE v2.1.3 or v2.1.4 Stand-Alone or Network server update (not the client), the message "Program may not have installed correctly” displays.

Solution:
In tests with Windows Vista, Read Naturally found that the software had installed correctly even though this message displayed. Click This program installed correctly to clear the message. In some instances, you may have click it a second time.
