"Can't connect to MySQL server" error when logging in as a student

Symptoms: When you attempt to log in to SE Network Plus as a student, you get a "can't connect to MySQL server" error. (You can still log in as an administrator or teacher.)
Probable Cause: Not enough buffer space is available due to a memory usage setting in Windows.
Solution:
- Right-click the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop and choose Properties.
- Choose the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Performance.
- Choose the Advanced tab, and then choose Programs under Memory Usage.
- Click OK, and then click OK again.
