Unable to launch SE client after setting up parental controls in Mac OS X
Client Operating System: Mac OS 10.5.x and 10.6.x
SE Version: SE Network Plus v2.1.x
Symptoms:
This problem occurs after you have set up the SE client software as an allowed application for managed accounts in the Parental Controls section of the Mac OS System Preferences. When you attempt to launch the SE client program, the SE icon bounces in the dock and then disappears, and the SE client does not launch. This problem affects all local and network accounts, regardless of whether they have administrative privileges.
