Program error when logging in to SE Network Plus as a student

Symptoms:
When attempting to log in to SE Network Plus as a student, an error message displays, indicating that a program error has occurred. No error occurs if the user has administrator privileges for the local computer.
Solution:
This problem occurs when the Mac OS user ID the student is logged in with does not have read or write permissions to the home directory on the server.
First check the ownership and permissions of the SE application on the local workstation:
- Hold down the Control key and click the executable file: /Applications/Read Naturally Client/rnse_np
- Choose Show Package Contents from the pop-up menu. You will see several files and folders inside the Contents folder.
- Check the ownership and permissions of the files and folders in the Contents folders to make sure they are set correctly.
If the ownership and permissions of the Mac OS workstations are set correctly, check to make sure the student's Mac OS X user ID has read and write permissions to the home directory on the server.
