Unable to print stories or questions due to "path not found" error

Symptoms:
When you attempt to print stories or quiz questions, you receive an error similar to this one: "File H:\\Read Naturally\PrintResults\printResults.htm the path does not exist." This can occur when you are logged in to SE Teacher Management or when the student is logged in to SE Student Stories.
This error is very similar to one that occurred in SE v2.1 and SE v2.1.1, but that error message had three backslashes after the drive letter. In this case, there are only two backslashes after the drive letter.
Solution:
The problem can usually be fixed by editing the My Documents redirection path specified for users in a group policy. If the path for redirection is specified as H:\, for example, SE adds a leading backslash, which accounts for the two backslashes. To correct the problem, check your group policy and remove the backslash from the path for My Documents redirection. Only the drive letter should be specified (for example, H:).
This change should not affect the execution of other programs; however, it is possible that unknown problems could occur as a result of making this change.
