Resetting multiple stories for a student results in data loss
Note: This issue has been corrected in the SE 2.0.3 update. All current SE 2.0 customers are highly encouraged to download and install this free update.
It has recently been discovered that resetting more than one story at a time for a student will cause data loss affecting multiple students. It is essential that you do not reset more than one story at a time until a resolution for this problem is released.
To clarify, this problem occurs when you are on the Advanced tab of a student's Story Options if you highlight more than one story and then click the Reset button. To avoid losing data, reset stories one at time—select only one story and then click the Reset button.
Be advised that once this data loss occurs, the lost data cannot be recovered except by restoring the database files from a backup.
