How to reset a story
If a student is struggling with a story and cannot pass it, you can reset it to allow them to try it again later. Resetting stories also resolves certains kinds of errors.
To reset a story:
- Log in with a teacher or administrator password.
- Choose the Students tab.
- Select a student and click Story Options.
- Choose the Advanced tab.
- Choose the story you want to reset and then click Reset.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- Click Save.
- Log in with the student's password and verify that the story you reset is one of the unread choices available.
