RFBA locks up after selecting a passage

Symptoms:
When you attempt to assess a student, the RFBA program appears to lock up, right after selecting a Fall, Winter, or Spring passage. Another window displays, but you still only see the list of students. The passage does not display. This is an intermittent problem. Not all customers will experience this problem.
Solution:
This problem can be resolved by installing QuickTime without iTunes onto the computer experiencing the problem. Although RFBA does not require QuickTime, installing QuickTime has always resolved this problem.
Note: QuickTime with iTunes has been known to conflict with RFBA. Therefore we recommend downloading and installing the version of QuickTime that does not include iTunes.
