Is there into a way to import students into SE v2.0?
Unfortunately the current version of Read Naturally SE does not include a method for importing student data (other than from SE v1.6). This is the basic process for setting up data in SE:
- The administrator logs in and sets up the teacher accounts.
- The teachers log in and set up their own classes and students.
Read Naturally programs are intended to be used primarily for struggling readers, specifically readers who score below the 50th percentile according to oral reading fluency norms. However, we realize that some schools may be working with many struggling readers, and it would be helpful to have an easier way to enter a group of students at once.
An alternative way of entering student data is being developed for a future district-based SE product, but that product will not be released for some time.
