On a Windows computer, I get the message "Invalid Password" when I try to log on to Teacher Management.

When Read Naturally SE was installed, its configuration probably specified a network drive that is currently not mapped or is mapped differently for the current user. This can happen when the application is installed under an administrator's login, but you are logged in as a user.

To fix the problem, perform these steps:

  1. On the local drive of the workstation, open the Windows or WinNT folder and edit the RNinst0612 file with a text editor, such as Notepad.
  2. In the first line of the file, check the drive letter and path for the RN Server component to see if it matches its actual location.
  3. If necessary, change the drive letter and path to match the actual location of RN Server. (You may also have to map a network drive if the server location is not currently accessible.)
  4. Save and close the file.
