When I try to save teacher information, the software just displays a blue screen.
First make sure you have enough free disk space on your hard drive to save the data. If not, you will have to make more space available.
If you are using the standalone version of Read Naturally with Windows NT, 2000, or XP, then you may not be allowed to save to the Read Naturally folder. Have your computer administrator give you write permission to the Read Naturally folder.
If this problem occurs with the network version of Read Naturally, then you may not be allowed to save to the RN Server folder on the file server. Have your computer administrator give you write permission to the RN Server folder.
