Unlocking a Staff Member's User ID

If a staff member's user ID has too many invalid login attempts, the software locks the user ID as a safety precaution, and the staff member will not be able to log in. Staff members in Account Administrator or School Coordinator roles can unlock staff member user IDs.

  1. From the navigation menu, select Staff Member Administration.
  2. In the Unlock User ID column, click the Unlock button for the staff member whose ID needs to be unlocked. A success message confirms that the User ID has been unlocked. The staff member is now able to log in.
