Word Warm-ups
Word Warm-ups develops mastery and automaticity in decoding words using the powerful, research- based Read Naturally strategy. This individualized, mostly independent phonics program teaches words with common phonics and syllable patterns.
How It Works
Students develop accuracy and automaticity in decoding through modeling (Read Along step), repeated practice (Practice step), and progress monitoring (Mark and Graph Cold- and Hot-Timing Scores steps). Students work on short audio-supported phonics exercises for as little as 10 minutes a day as a warm-up or up to 30 minutes a day as an intervention.

- Look, Listen, and Respond
- Cold Timing
