Prediction Screen
In the Prediction step, students write a brief prediction of what they think the story is about. This step builds a framework for comprehension, reminding students early on that our ultimate goal is to understand what we read.
Completing the prediction shouldn't take more than a minute or two, because we want to encourage our students to spend most of their time in the program reading.
