Folders left behind after uninstalling Read Naturally SE 2.0.1 for Windows XP using the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs utility

Problem:

After uninstalling Read Naturally SE 2.0.1 for Windows XP using the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs utility some folders were left behind.

Solution: 

On Windows XP, you need to remove some folders manually.

To remove the RNSEServer folder:

  1. Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
  2. Double-click the icon for the workstation's hard drive (usually C:).
  3. Double-click Program Files.
  4. Right-click the RNSEServer folder and choose Delete.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.

To remove the RNSEPrefs folder:

  1. Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
  2. Double-click the icon for the workstation's hard drive (usually C:).
  3. Select Documents and Settings > All Users > Application Data.
  4. Right-click Read Naturally SE and choose Delete.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.
