1. How can I place an order?

Common ordering and shipping questions are answered below. If you have a question that is not listed, call customer service at 800.788.4085 or 651.452.4085 or send an email to info@readnaturally.com.

You can order our products in any of the following ways:

  • By Fax: Fax a purchase order or order form to: 651. 452.9204.
  • By Phone (credit card orders only): Call 1.800.788.4085 or 651.452.4085.
  • From Our Website: From the Products page, choose the product you want to order.

2. How much is shipping and handling?

The following table summarizes the shipping costs for most products:

International Orders Contact Read Naturally. We typically ship international orders via the U.S. Postal Service. Extra charges may be due upon delivery.

SHIPPING FOR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

  • Read Live: There is no shipping & handling charge for Read Live orders.
  • Read Naturally Software Edition: The shipping & handling charge for Read Naturally SE products is 10% up to a maximum of $100.00 per order.

3. How are the materials shipped?

Materials are normally shipped by UPS Ground within the continental U.S. If you need your materials sooner, we can ship your order by UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge. Note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so the shipping address must be a street address. Contact us to arrange shipping to destinations outside the U.S.

4. How long does it take to receive the materials?

If you are within the continental U.S., you should generally receive your materials within 10 business days of when we receive your order. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and outside the U.S. will take longer. For faster delivery, contact the Read Naturally office for rush shipping options and costs.

5. How can I pay for my order?

By credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), purchase order, or check.

6. Can I return or exchange an ME or Encore level?

Yes. A $25 restocking fee would apply. Ship the level back to our office, and be sure to specify your invoice number so we know who to credit. The address for our office is Read Naturally, 2945 Lone Oak Drive, Suite 190, St. Paul, MN 55121

7. Can I return or exchange an SE level?

Yes, as long as the package of software CDs has not been opened. Once the plastic bag has been opened, we cannot accept returns of software. For this reason, if you are unsure of whether the Read Naturally software is right for your situation, we recommend that you request a free 45-day trial before purchasing the software.
