Free Software Edition Update Now Available
to Download
A new update for Read Naturally Software Edition is now available as a free download for customers with SE Network Plus v2.1.x and SE Stand-Alone v2.0.
The primary focus of the changes in the v2.1.2 update is to support the new Software Edtion Spanish Series curriculum. This enables schools with Read Naturally computer-based fluency-development programs to take advantage of our Spanish language curriculum for native Spanish speakers.
The Spanish stories are largely word-for-word translations of the corresponding stories in the Sequenced Series. Spanish-speaking students can work through a level in Spanish, becoming familiar with the content of the stories before working through the same level in English.
Six levels are available for the SE Spanish Series — 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5. Each level includes 24 stories and costs $299.00 for SE Network Plus and $99.00 for SE Stand-Alone.
In addition to support for the Spanish Series, the SE v2.1.2 update also allows our SE v2.0 Stand-Alone customers to take advantage of the improvements included in SE Network Plus, including an improved placement program and more curriculum choices. With the SE v2.1.2 update, SE Stand-Alone customers will be able to implement the new American Manners & Customs Series and Idioms Series curricula in addition to the Spanish Series.
The SE v2.1.2 update also includes improvements requested by our customers, fixes for problems discovered after SE Network Plus v2.1 was released, and all fixes and improvements included in previous releases (SE v2.1 and SE v.2.1.1).
Note that customers with SE v.2.0 Network software will need to purchase an upgrade to SE v2.1 Network Plus in order to take advantage of the new features. For more information, contact Read Naturally customer service at 800.788.4085.
