Spanish Series Now Available for

Read Naturally Software Edition

Read Naturally’s popular Spanish levels are now available for Read Naturally Software Edition. This enables schools with Read Naturally computer-based fluency-development programs to take advantage of our Spanish-language curriculum for native Spanish speakers.

The Spanish stories are largely word-for-word translations of the corresponding stories in the Sequenced Series. Spanish-speaking students can work through a level in Spanish, becoming familiar with the content of the stories before working through the same level in English.

Six levels are available for the Software Edition Spanish Series—1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5. Each level includes 24 stories and costs $299.

The Spanish Series joins two other types of curricula that were released for SE Network Plus in fall 2007—Idioms Series and the American Manners & Customs Series.

With the Idioms Series, both native speakers and English language learners can improve their reading fluency while also learning idioms that most of us take for granted, such as “quick on the draw” and “cream of the crop.”

The American Manners & Customs Series is designed to acquaint English language learners with some American manners and customs as they work on reading fluency and comprehension.

The content of these curricula is identical to the Idioms and American Manners & Customs levels in the Masters Edition. Four levels are available—3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5. Each of these SE levels includes 12 stories and is priced at $199.

To order, call Read Naturally customer service at 800.788.4085 or visit the Software Edition page of our website.

In order to use the Spanish, Idioms, and American Manners & Customs levels, customers must have the latest version of SE software. Customers who have previously purchased SE Network Plus v2.1.x or SE Stand-Alone v2.0.x must download and install the free update that is available from the Updates & Downloads page of the Read Naturally website.

Although the primary focus of the SE update is to support the new curriculum offerings, it also includes improvements requested by customers plus some maintenance updates.
