Company Reviewers Note Strengths in Awarding One Minute Reader Materials and Website
In its annual evaluation of products for children, parents, and families, iParenting Media has presented an award in the book category to One Minute Reader.
One Minute Reader is Read Naturally’s home reading program that is based on the same strategy as Read Naturally’s classroom programs.
“I love that it gives the children short-term goals so they can be successful,” one reviewer noted. “I love that they are able to do a little at a time and not have to sit for 20 minutes at a time. It is short and quick, but you can build on it if you wish.”
“As a mom and not a trained elementary teacher, sometimes I feel at a loss. But this helped me to help them,” said another reviewer. “I love the topics! By choosing interesting topics, a child would want to read, and it gives them something fun. WE LOVED THEM!”
